In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the day01 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotion, you confirm and warrant that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published by day01, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You acknowledge that betting and gaming involve financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior oral or written representations, understandings, or agreements between you and day01.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on day01, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. day01 may require documentary evidence of age at any point.
• Residency: You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order, guardianship, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• Single account: You do not already hold an active or suspended account on the day01 platform. Only one account per individual, household, device, and IP address is permitted.
• Not an employee: You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of day01 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

day01 reserves the right to carry out eligibility checks at any time without prior notice. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

To access the full range of day01 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:

• Provide your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number as required during registration.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify day01 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Update your registered details promptly if any information changes. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account suspension.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you, until you have formally reported a security breach to day01.

day01 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

Before processing a Member's first withdrawal — or at any other point at day01's discretion — the platform will require the Member to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may require submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — such as a KTP (Indonesian national identity card), passport, or SIM (driving licence).
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits belongs to the registered account holder — for example, a screenshot of the OVO, DANA, or GoPay app showing the registered name and phone number, or a bank statement header showing the account holder's name for BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri accounts.
• Additional Documentation: day01 may request further documentation, including a selfie with identification, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation, in cases where enhanced due diligence is required.

All deposits on day01 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though unusually large deposits may trigger enhanced verification checks.
• Approved payment methods: Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. day01 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party payments made in the name of a person other than the account holder.
• Processing time: Deposits via e-wallet are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically confirmed within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours. Deposits made outside of WIB banking hours may experience minor delays.
• Ownership of funds: By depositing, you confirm that all deposited funds are legitimately owned by you, are free of any legal encumbrance, and have not been derived from any unlawful activity.
• Failed or delayed deposits: If a deposit is not credited to your account within 30 minutes, you should contact day01 support and provide your bank or e-wallet transfer receipt. day01 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.

The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests submitted through the day01 platform:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal to matching method: Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, and the registered account name must match the day01 account holder's name exactly. day01 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing time: E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are processed within 1 hour during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business cycle.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 5. day01 will not process any withdrawal until KYC has been approved.
• Wagering of deposited funds: day01 requires that deposited funds be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted, in order to prevent money laundering through the platform. This requirement applies to real-money deposits only and is separate from any bonus wagering requirements.
• Right to review: day01 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, day01 will notify the Member and may request additional documentation.

day01 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement", typically expressed as a multiplier such as 10x, 15x, or 20x of the bonus amount) before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Virtual sports and sports betting contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• One bonus per Member: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion may be claimed per Member, household, device, and IP address.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion will expire and be removed from the Member's account automatically.
• Abuse and manipulation: day01 operates automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in guaranteed profits from bonus funds (arbitrage), colluding with other Members, using multiple accounts, and withdrawing before wagering requirements are met. Any detected abuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Modification and withdrawal: day01 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already opted in to an active promotion will be notified of any material changes.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the day01 sportsbook, casino, virtual sports, and Bandar Q products:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the day01 system and a bet ID has been issued. Bets placed during technical downtime may be voided at day01's discretion.
• Odds changes: For pre-match bets, the odds accepted at the time the bet is confirmed are the odds that apply. For live (in-play) bets, a delay acceptance window may apply; if odds change materially during this window, day01 may offer the updated odds or void the bet at its discretion.
• Event cancellations: If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled before the minimum time required for bets to stand (as specified in the applicable sport's rules), all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's account balance.
• Maximum payout: day01 applies a maximum single-bet payout cap of Rp 500.000.000 per settlement cycle. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to separate maximum payout limits as stated on the sportsbook page.
• Obvious errors: In the event of a manifest pricing or data error (for example, odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market), day01 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and refund the stake, whether or not the bet has already been settled.
• Casino & slot rules: Each casino game and slot title is governed by its individual game rules as provided by the relevant licensed game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, etc.). These rules take precedence in the event of any game-specific dispute.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the day01 platform:

• Multiple accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account. This includes accounts opened in another person's name for your benefit.
• Fraud & money laundering: Using the platform to launder funds, process payments on behalf of third parties, or engage in any activity that constitutes financial fraud under applicable law.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system to place wagers or interact with the platform in place of manual human action.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including in Bandar Q card games or live casino tables.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate profits.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with a bank or e-wallet provider after a deposit has been wagered. Any chargeback will trigger an immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Underage access: Allowing or assisting any person under 21 years of age to access, register for, or use the day01 platform.

day01 takes its responsibility as a gaming platform seriously. The following tools and resources are available to all Members at no charge, accessible via account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time-out: Members may configure automatic session time-outs that log them out of the platform after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-off period: A temporary self-exclusion of between 24 hours and 90 days, during which the account remains open but betting and deposits are disabled.
• Self-exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion option. Members who self-exclude for longer than 6 months will not be permitted to reactivate their account without completing a formal reinstatement review.
• Reality checks: Optional on-screen reminders that display the duration of the current gaming session and net profit/loss, shown at intervals selected by the Member.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the day01 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, day01 hereby excludes all liability for:

• Financial losses from gambling: Any financial loss arising from participation in betting or gaming activities on the platform. You accept that gambling involves risk and that losses are part of normal gameplay.
• Technical interruptions: Any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, internet connectivity failures, or delays in odds delivery, provided that day01 has taken reasonable steps to maintain service availability.
• Third-party payment delays: Any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party banks or e-wallet providers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or others).
• Unauthorised account access: Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure, subject to the exception where day01's own security failure was the proximate cause.
• Indirect or consequential losses: Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit day01's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

day01 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's account with immediate effect in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Initiation of a chargeback or payment reversal by the Member or their payment provider.
• At day01's sole discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the platform's integrity or the interests of other Members.

Members may also close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method following completion of KYC.

day01 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, day01 will notify active Members via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographic corrections or minor clarifications that do not affect Members' rights) may be made without advance notice.

Continued use of the day01 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which day01 holds its international gaming licence.

• Informal resolution: In the event of any dispute, Members are encouraged to contact day01 support in the first instance. The majority of disputes relating to account balances, bet settlements, and payment processing can be resolved quickly through our 24/7 support channels.
• Formal complaints: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days of initial contact, the Member may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. day01 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and issue a final response within 28 days.
• Arbitration: If a formal complaint remains unresolved after day01's final response has been issued, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
• Jurisdiction: By using the day01 platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies specified above for the resolution of any disputes that cannot otherwise be settled.

Nothing in this clause prevents day01 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
